Mark uses his knowledge of fitness and wellness to assist clients reach a range of goals from weight loss to injury recovery to living a more active life. His commitment to educating clients about training and increased body awareness is matched by his commitment to providing safe training methods. His teachings are meant for practical application in daily life from better posture at the office to a nutrition plan clients can do on their own.

Mark is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer as well as a CAMTC Certified Massage Therapist. He has a great deal of experience working in both franchise gyms and boutique facilities.

What to expect in a session

Nutrition Counseling
Onsite grocery shopping consultation. During a trip to the grocery store clients receive an assessment of the foods they regularly buy, nutritional advisement, and how to read food labels.

Prehab and Rehab
Many people are unaware they have muscle imbalances or other physical ailments. WTFO focuses on targeting and improving them.

Functional Training
Conditioning the body to improve the quality of life of his clients and better prepare them for daily physical challenges.

Online health and fitness consultation
In addition to in-person training and teachings, Mark also uses the Internet to consult with clients on health and fitness-related topics. The online health and fitness consulting component focuses mostly on education, although traditional one-hour (or longer) training sessions are also available in this format. Group workshops are also handy for those thrifty individuals that want to learn with friends and/or family.
